Autoridades de Samaná se reúnen con los cuerpos de socorro para la activación del Coe.

 La gobernación en el día de hoy se reunión con los alcaldes y representantes de cada municipio en conjunto con los cuerpos de socorro de esas demarcaciones para la elaboración de un plan de prevencion , mitigación y repuesta estratégica para el operativo de la Semana Santa.

Como cada año la Defensa Civil, Cruz Roja Dominicana, La Policía Nacional, La Armada Dominicana, los cuerpos de bomberos, los ayuntamientos, la gobernación, Salud Pública, entre otras otras instituciones, llevan a cabo este operativo de prevención de accidentes de tránsito, control de los balnearios, entre otras emergencias que se presentan en la Semana Mayor.
